Australia's shortcomings don't validate anybody elses. That sort of argument holds no water beyond kindergarten.

I'm talking about America, where there is this vast disparity between what is promised and what is delivered, and where Lincoln noted that the eyes of the world were watching to see if the experiment was working.
Russia's eyes are particularly keen at the moment. Geez, but did America drop THAT ball comprehensively!
My intellect? You know about Jeremy Bentham, maybe? He espoused Utilitarianism, the idea that the best possible course consisted of the greatest good for the greatest number.
