If I were you, I wouldn't brag about millions of reads too loudly, because the way you are going in harassing other Medium users, they are going to yank you off the platform for violating the ToS, and there goes your advocacy here, and the income you mention.
You have presented yourself as a fake doctor in the past, so I’m not seeing a real lot of credibility or authenticity in your claims.
For your own good, and the good work you do here, I urge you to step back, think calmly about how you can achieve your objectives, and work on that.
Being a perpetual sorehead may be your idea of changing the world, but I doubt it will win too many people over.
