I don't necessarily agree with your point, but I'm doing my best to make the thing a quality pub.. Medium's curation is a bit hit and miss sometimes, but their selections are generally pretty good. I find the odd typo or stylistic problem with curated stories, but that's the standard Medium sets.

I like to think that I have enough discrimination to spot poorly written, plagiarised, or spammy content.

That's not going to get past me. I'm seeing a lot of submissions that haven't been curated by Medium, but are easily the same or better quality.

This new pub is a home for them.

And if you ever spot something that you think shouldn't be there, please let me know. I can't be on deck 24/7 and there are the occasional glitches. Not to mention malice, which helps nobody.
