I’m not too sure you understand the scale of the problem. Or the cost. You want to replace every single vehicle — apart from the handful of Teslas — on America’s roads by the end of the year. How you going to do that?

Do it in twenty years, it’s a way smaller problem. In fact it will likely happen without anybody having to do anything special at all.
