Learning mantra meditation from an app!
I received my mantra in a ceremony involving flowers, and candles, and a lot of Sanskrit, but I guess the proof is in the pudding.
Clearly, it is working for you.
The realisation that I was not my thoughts was a big step for me, especially that mindless commentary that needed stilling to find true peace.
