America is a land where far too many struggle. The true wealth of a nation is in its people, but increasingly instead of being educated, healthy, productive members of society, a huge percentage do dead end jobs or take to the streets because they have to make money for the bare essentials. Forget about giving their children a tertiary education - they have to put gas in the tank and food on the table.

And when the top few percent have half the wealth of the land, and are basically letting it lie idle or splashing it around, there's a problem.
