The Guardian has reasonably high journalistic standards. Their opinion pieces tend to be slanted, but their news reporting is very good.

The Conversation is all opinion. It's a discussion, not a historical record. Independent Australia has some abysmal journalism. A lot of their content is lifted from other sources without permission, and they are so unreliable that Wikipedia won't use them as a source. Like Andrew Bolt or Breitbart.
