There is the story of the cruel king, who was reincarnated as the servant he had mistreated.
Not as a punishment, but as a lesson.
Now, if the cosmos is structured so that when one dies, one is reborn as another, then why should it be a linear thing? Why not parallel? And why just one at a time?
There you have my view of reincarnation. Not many, not even two. Just one.
As for Jehovah’s Witnesses, if I open the door to them, I merely put my hands together in the “wai” greeting, and bow my head. Not a word is needed. Off they go.
