Well I wouldn't do it but some people think that photographs of their unclad selves are a productive way to initiate intimacy. Perhaps it pays off for them. I guess it would for me.
Sadly my time in Kerala was limited, but I found it a fascinating place. There were some birds in the docks that caught my eye. They looked like the grackles I had seen in Texas - and apparently loathed by the locals - or maybe our white-winged choughs.
Sort of slender crows with long tails, and they were most amazing sociable. I still don't know what they were.
Then again, I was overwhelmed by India. So much to see and hear all at once. I would go back to Kerala in a heartbeat to linger on a houseboat, writing poetry, eating fish curries, and drinking cool white wine as the sun went down over the lakes and forests and villages.
