What a delightful look at my home town! Many of the things you mention would be useful additions to Australian society. Others, maybe not so much!

Melbourne, I'm told, used to be an outpost of Mother England. All fish and chips and tea and mutton chops.

The Greeks and the Italians began coming in after the war, and that was the start of the change. Now you can get cuisine from dozens of different lands and nobody bats an eye.

From a Kenyan, I'd be interested to learn how you handle our coffee culture. How do you take it in Kenya? I know some of the best coffee in the world comes from there. Could Melbourne lift its coffee game?
